1. The weight of the artificial brick of small brick mold is about 6-7kg, and the stone type is about 7-10kg. We have a weight catalog for all molds. All molds are made according to the specified standard weight.

2. What raw materials are needed to make artificial stones?

A. Lightweight ceramsite/stone;

B. cement

C. Sand/stone powder, washed sand, coarse sand, containing small particles of stone

D. Auxiliary: water reducing agent

E. Pigment: We use iron oxide pigment, Shanghai Yipin/Germany Bayer pigment, the content of iron oxide is more than 97%. Mix it with the pigment and mix it with 5 times of water, stir well, and then spray it on the mold with a spray gun as required.

3. How long can the artificial stone be removed from the rubber artificial stone mold, and how many times can it be used at most in a day?

A. If there is a drying room, keep the temperature at 50°C, steam for 7-8 hours, preheat for 2 hours, cool for 2 hours, a total of 12 hours, a mold can be used twice a day at most.

B. If there is no drying room, all the produced molds can only be placed in the drying room. A room without windows is required, and an exhaust fan can be installed on the wall. 24-36 hours before demolding. Can only be used once a day.
