1. Customized process for the style provided by the customers:

A. customer sends samples to our company (raw stone products/corresponding molds are both acceptable)

B. Customized the mold when the samples received (completed 2-3 days after receiving the samples)

C. After the mold is completed, we will give the customer sample confirmation and final quotation. If customers need to confirm the mold, we can send it to the customer for confirmation. If the customer does not need to send samples for confirmation, we can send pictures and videos to the customer for confirmation.

D. Check the sample feedback regularly, and then confirm the order status with the customer.

Before customers customize mold styles, we can find similar stones in online markets such as Taobao and Alibaba. After finding the pictures, ask customers whether they are acceptable. If yes, customers do not need to send samples.

2. How many cultural stones can one piece of mold produce?

0.2 square culture stone, 5 rubber artificial stone molds can produce one square stone at a time.

3. What raw materials are needed to make cultural stones?

A. Lightweight ceramsite/stone; (light weighted gravel)

B. Cement

C. Sand/stone powder, washed sand, coarse sand, containing small particles of stone

D. Auxiliary: water reducing agent; antifreeze should be added in the cold north;

E. Pigment: Shanghai Yipin; Germany Bayer
