3. The material of the rubber artificial stone molds; we have two materials;

a. Pure silica gel

b. Modified PVC silica gel (PVC and silica gel blended in a reasonable proportion) Silion rubber

4. The difference between silicone mold and modified PVC silicone;

a. Material: The silicone mold is natural, and the modified PVC silicone is processed at high temperature to increase the functions of anti-UV, anti-oxidation and whitening.

b. Price: Ordinary silicone is 6usd per kilogram, modified PVC silicone is 3.5USD per kilogram, the price of modified PVC silicone has a very big advantage.

c. Service life: 500 times for silica gel; 600-800 times for modified PVC silica gel. Modified PVC silicone has a longer lifespan.

d. Toughness: Silicone molds are soft in texture, easy to deform under pressure and easy to damage. Modified PVC silica gel can increase the hardness of the mold according to customer needs, can withstand stacking and extrusion, and is not easy to deform.
